Record and Ride launch concert

We’re only a month (and three days) away from the start of the project! Things are slowly piecing together. In the next couple of weeks I should finally have gathered all the necessary equipment for cycling and recording.

Also, Doppler has finally been repaired! The rear wheel that had been bent by the Eurostar team was bent to beyond repair… thus I ordered a new one and Doppler is now whizzing along!

With everything close to being ready, I though I’d organise some sort of farewell (to Oxford) and project launch event. I could not think of a better form for such an event than a concert!
It will take place on the 23rd March at The Wheatsheaf in Oxford and will start at 8.00pm. The following bands will be playing for you:

Bambino dell’oro.
Some sort underground and unknown trio of mutants playing a mixture of electronic music and played music.

The Brickwork Lizards.
A beautiful and tasteful blend of eastern and western music – (https://www.facebook.com/brickworklizards)

Alamakota.
As mentioned in their annular report on groovational thoughts: “This is our last gig in the current formation, thus, we shall attempt to groove your faces off?” (I’m sorry but I’m not to sure what that means?)  (http://www.myspace.com/alamakotaband)

The tickets will be available on the door and cost £4 and £3 for concessions.
Please share the facebook page for this event: https://www.facebook.com/events/253345711416884/

I hope to see you there!
Groovy,
Niko.
